About the class
What is
kids aerial hammock fusion?
Aerial hammock for kids: strength, coordination, confidence — and a lot of laughing.
Kids Aerial Hammock Fusion gives children a unique stretching and strength-building experience in anti-gravity hammocks. The hammock changes their relationship with the ground, so ordinary exercises become exciting challenges that feel like defying physics.
Classes focus on zero-compression inversions, suspended stretching and the strong foundational movements the practice is built on. As they progress, kids develop strength, coordination, flexibility, stamina and poise.

Questions
Before
you come
What ages is it for?
Kids Aerial Hammock Fusion is for ages 8 to 13. Homeschoolers aged 9 to 14 have their own class.
Is it safe for kids?
Kids learn how to use the hammock safely first, and only try inversions when they are ready. Let David know about any injury or condition before class.
What should my child wear?
Fitted clothes that cover the underarms and the backs of the knees. No zippers or jewellery.
Can I try a class before I commit?
Yes. No membership is needed — a single class is $25. Come try it, then decide.
Will I get hurt?
We teach you to train safely, and every class is taught at your own level. As with any physical activity there is some risk, so tell David about any injury before class and he will help you work within your comfort zone.
Do you give refunds on class cards?
Class card sales are final and unused classes are not refunded. Unused equipment can be refunded in its original packaging.
