David Gallaher's Yayso Yoga, operated by David Gallaher's Gung Fu Institute, Inc. ("we," "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used. Last updated September 29, 2026.

Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site (for example, to ask about a class, book your first class or request a Thai yoga or sauna appointment), we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address and any details you include in your message. Like any website, our host receives standard technical information, such as the pages requested and general device and browser data.

Class passes and sessions are sold through our booking provider, Mindbody. When you buy a pass or reserve a class, Mindbody collects the account and payment details it needs under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, schedule classes and sessions, and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate this website and our booking and communication tools, and only as needed to serve you.

Cookies & tracking

This site itself uses only what it needs to work — for example, remembering whether you turned animations off. It does not currently run analytics or advertising trackers. If we add them, we will update this policy first. When you use our booking system, Mindbody may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Cookies are never used to collect or infer a phone number — the only way we obtain one is when you type it into a form yourself or contact us.

Communications

If you provide a phone number, we may call you about your enquiry. If you provide an email address, you can unsubscribe from non-essential email via the link in any message.

Text messaging & mobile information

We send text messages only to people who have given us permission to do so. Consent is collected through the optional checkboxes on our contact form and text messaging page, which are unchecked by default. Consent is never a condition of purchase, and you can decline and still hear from us by phone or email.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text-message service.

Message frequency may vary, up to 4 messages per month. Message & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Terms of Service for the full text messaging terms.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

If a student is under 18 — for example in our kids or homeschool aerial classes — a parent or legal guardian must provide their own phone number and consent on the student's behalf.

Data retention & security

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations, and we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Your rights and choices

You can, at any time and at no cost:

• Stop text messages. Reply STOP to any message from us. You are unsubscribed immediately and we send nothing further to that number. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Stop emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any non-essential email, or ask us and we will remove you.
• Stop phone calls. Tell us on the call, or contact us using the details below.
• See what we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
• Correct or update it if anything is wrong or out of date.
• Have it deleted. We will erase what we are not required by law to keep.
• Withdraw consent you previously gave, without affecting the classes or services you receive from us.
