About the class
What is
acro yoga?
Yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage for two. Base, flyer, spotter — a class couples and friends do together.
Acro yoga blends traditional yoga with acrobatics, dance and the therapeutic touch of Thai massage. It builds concentration, balance and strength, and it is a lot of fun — the kind of class you laugh your way through.
Every pose has three roles. The base lies on the mat and provides a stable foundation. The flyer is lifted and balances on top. The spotter keeps everyone safe and helps the flyer in and out. You will try each one.

Questions
Before
you come
Do I need to bring a partner?
No. Come with someone if you like. Coming solo? Call or text 239.560.4267 first and we will let you know how partners are arranged that week.
What should I bring?
Water and, if you have one, a yoga mat. Wear fitted clothes you can move in.
I am not strong or small — can I still fly?
Acro is about stacking bones and balance more than muscle or size. Beginner poses are low and spotted, and you can always choose to base.
Can I try a class before I commit?
Yes. No membership is needed — a single class is $25. Come try it, then decide.
Will I get hurt?
We teach you to train safely, and every class is taught at your own level. As with any physical activity there is some risk, so tell David about any injury before class and he will help you work within your comfort zone.
Do you give refunds on class cards?
Class card sales are final and unused classes are not refunded. Unused equipment can be refunded in its original packaging.
