Getting started
I've never done aerial. Will I end up upside down?
Not unless you want to. Beginner aerial starts low, with your feet on the floor, and every inversion is optional.
Can I try it before I commit?
Yes. No membership is needed — a single class is $25. Come try us, then decide.
Will I get hurt?
We teach you to train safely, and David has taught body mechanics and dynamic stretching for over 25 years. Tell him about any old injury and he will keep you within your comfort level.
What do I need to bring?
Comfortable, fitted clothes without zippers, and water. For acro, bring a mat if you have one. For the sauna, bring your own towel.
Do you have classes for kids?
Yes — Kids Aerial Hammock Fusion for ages 8–13, and a homeschool class for ages 9–14. Call or text to ask when the next one runs.
Where are you?
17433 Alico Center Rd, Unit 3, in South Fort Myers, just off Alico Road.
When are classes?
Aerial and acro classes run on weekday evenings. Thai yoga and the infrared sauna are by appointment. See the live schedule for this week.
Do I need to create an account?
Class passes are sold through our booking system, Mindbody, which asks you to create a free account at checkout. If you get stuck, call or text 239.560.4267 and we will walk you through it.

Comfortable clothing you can stretch in, with no zippers or jewellery. Thai yoga is done on a futon mat on the floor.
How do I book?

05
Infrared Sauna
About the class →Is infrared heat safe?
