Ask
anything
Or buy a $25 drop-in pass yourself and reserve on the schedule.
Which class should I take first?
Beginner Aerial — Restorative (Monday) or Fusion Gentle Flow (Tuesday) are the gentlest place to start. If you are coming with a partner or friend, try Beginner Acro Yoga on Wednesday.
Will I have to go upside down?
No. Every inversion is optional, and beginner aerial starts low with your feet on the floor.
What should I wear?
Fitted clothes that cover your underarms and the backs of your knees. Leave zippers, jewellery and lotion at home — they can snag or slip on the silk.
What should I bring?
Water. For acro yoga, a mat if you have one. For the infrared sauna, your own towel.
How early should I arrive?
A few minutes before class, so you can settle in and tell David it is your first time and about any injuries.
Do I need an account?
If you book through us, no — we text you to confirm. If you buy a pass online yourself, our booking system (Mindbody) asks you to create a free account at checkout.
