Terms of
service

Welcome to the David Gallaher's Yayso Yoga website, operated by David Gallaher's Gung Fu Institute, Inc.. By using this site, you agree to these terms. Last updated September 29, 2026.

Use of this website

This site provides information about our yoga classes, Thai yoga bodywork and infrared sauna, and lets you contact us and buy class passes. You agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information in any form you submit.

Information, pricing and availability

Class descriptions, schedules and prices on this site are provided for general information and may change. Passes and sessions are sold through our booking provider, Mindbody, and are subject to the purchase terms shown at checkout. Submitting a form does not by itself book a class or session; bookings are confirmed through Mindbody or directly with us.

Class card sales are final and unused classes are not refunded; unused equipment may be refunded in its original packaging. Thai yoga sessions are final and missed appointments are not refunded; please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule.

Your health and safety

Yoga, aerial yoga, acro yoga, Thai yoga bodywork and infrared sauna are physical activities that carry some risk of injury. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to your doctor before you start if you are pregnant or have a medical condition or injury, and tell your instructor about it before class. Participants sign a release before taking part.

Text messaging terms

Yayso Yoga operates a text-messaging program for people who ask us about classes and sessions. It is a two-way conversational program between a prospective or current student and the studio; it is not a broadcast list, and we do not buy, rent or import phone numbers. Every number we message was given to us by the person who owns it.

By checking either optional consent box on our contact form or text messaging page, you agree to receive text messages from Yayso Yoga (David Gallaher's Gung Fu Institute, Inc.) at the number you provided. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Both boxes are optional and unchecked by default, and each one controls only its own message type.

Transactional and informational messages — sent if you check the first box:

• replies to your enquiries
• class and appointment reminders and booking confirmations
• scheduling updates, including changes and cancellations
• first-visit information: what to wear, what to bring and where to go
• account updates about passes you have bought

Promotional and marketing messages — sent only if you separately check the second box:

• new classes, sessions and workshops at the studio
• first-class and seasonal offers
• studio news and events

You may receive both message types, one, or neither — it depends entirely on which boxes you checked. Message frequency may vary, up to 4 messages per month. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Our kids and homeschool classes are open to children; a parent or legal guardian must provide their own phone number and give consent on the child's behalf. We do not send text messages to a number belonging to a minor.
