Yayso Yoga sends text messages only to people who asked for them. Our forms have two consent checkboxes, both unchecked by default and both optional — you can send the form without either, and consent is never a condition of purchase. Message types: transactional, informational and alerts (first box), promotional and marketing (second box). We send two message types: transactional and informational messages (replies to your enquiries, class and appointment reminders, booking confirmations, scheduling updates, first-visit information and account updates) and promotional and marketing messages (classes, sessions, offers and studio updates). Each checkbox controls only its own message type. These are the exact statements shown beside them:

• Transactional & informational messages (alerts)“By checking this box, you agree to receive transactional and alert text messages (replies to your enquiries, class and appointment reminders, booking confirmations, scheduling updates, first-visit information and account updates) from Yayso Yoga (David Gallaher's Gung Fu Institute, Inc.). Message frequency may vary, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.”
• Promotional & marketing messages“By checking this box, you agree to receive promotional and marketing text messages about yoga classes, Thai yoga and sauna sessions, offers and studio updates from Yayso Yoga (David Gallaher's Gung Fu Institute, Inc.). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.”
