Yoga is a must have for me. You see, I’ve spent a good part of my life sitting at a desk and unfortunately I took my health for granted. After I finally realized that I needed to get into fitness, I started going to the gym and riding my bike. That helped but still was not enough. It wasn’t until I started taking yoga classes at the Gung Fu Institute that I began to feel healthy and young again. Now, I look forward to each and every yoga session I can get into with Guru Gallaher
