rejeuvenate your body’s energy with this holistic healing practice based in the traditions of indian ayurvedic medicine

What Is

Thai Yoga?

Thai Yoga is the practice of rejuvenating one’s energy with the understanding of how energy flows through the body and works in harmony with that flow. Unlike other modalities, Thai Yoga relates to all five layers of the body. In Ayurveda, the medicinal side of yoga, these are referred to as Koshas. These five separate spheres of the body are synergetic. The intention of your Thai Yoga practitioner is to activate, release, and heal these Koshas so that they may work together in harmony. In the process, the practitioner can assist each client in reaching a higher consciousness.

Holistic healing
experience

In the system of Thai Yoga, the practitioner guides the client through a series of yoga postures, while palming and thumbing along the body’s energy lines and pressure points. Together these actions result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically.
