Acroyoga

What is Acroyoga?

Acroyoga is a hybrid yoga that combines traditional yoga with acrobatics, dance and Thai massage. Acroyoga is good for your mind and body by developing concentration while having fun. Many of the moves in Acroyoga are also therapeutic via the Thai massage aspects.

In Acroyoga there are three roles. These roles are:
* Base - this is someone with their back on the ground providing stability and directing movement for the person on top.
* Flyer - this is the person on top. The flyer develops balance, coordination, and strength.
* Spotter - this person is there to make sure there are no accidents and to assist the flyer in dismounting. They can also assist in maximizing the flyers movements.
